Kevin North - President and CEO
Kevin North is the President and CEO of Dyadem, responsible for corporate vision, strategy, business growth and total customer satisfaction. Mr. North has been with Dyadem since 1998 and has worked in several key positions in sales, technical support, human resources and professional services. When Mr. North assumed the role of Executive Vice President in 2003, he took on all revenue and operational responsibilities. In this role, he doubled Dyadem's revenue within a year, increased staff retention and raised the level of customer satisfaction. He was awarded the title of President and CEO in March 2006, where he continued to lead the organization's strategy. In his vision to fill the quality gap in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Mr. North launched the revolutionary Stature solution for Quality Lifecycle Management (QLM) in June of 2007. In his three-year tenure as CEO, Dyadem has consistently seen a profit and Mr. North has grown revenue year-over-year. In 2007, Dyadem was named one of Deloitte's fastest growing technology companies (Deloitte 2007 Technology Fast 500). Originally founded in Toronto, Dyadem has expanded under Mr. North’s leadership to North American offices in Texas, California, Michigan and Massachusetts. He is currently an advisor to other start-up technology companies in the Toronto area, and is a regular speaker at conferences, trade shows, universities and colleges. Mr. North holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton University (Ottawa), and a diploma in Human Resources Management.
Sam Zawaideh - Chief Product Officer
Sam Zawaideh is the Chief Product Officer at Dyadem responsible for product strategy, spanning its desktop and enterprise solutions for process and discrete manufacturing. Mr. Zawaideh manages product development and technology as well as professional services and customer support. A seasoned executive in the Product Lifecycle Management space, Mr. Zawaideh came to Dyadem with more than 19 years of hands-on senior leadership. Mr. Zawaideh has advised global manufacturers on their innovation initiatives and complicated supply chains including manufacturers in the Far East and EMEA. Prior to his position at Dyadem, Mr. Zawaideh drove the product strategy for MatrixOne as the Senior Vice President of products and solutions. Zawaideh also founded MatrixOne’s Global Services organization, growing it to a $60M business. He was a key driver in the successful IPO of MatrixOne in 2000, and of MatrixOne’s acquisitions of Synchronicity Inc. and Centor Software. Earlier in his career, Mr. Zawaideh held senior field management positions at Adra Systems, Sherpa Corporation, and engineering positions at Johnson Controls. Mr. Zawaideh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Manhattan College, New York.
Andrew Shannon - Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Andrew Shannon is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Dyadem responsible for finance, internal and external operations and human resources. Mr. Shannon is a seasoned senior level financial executive, with more than 12 years of professional and managerial experience. Prior to joining Dyadem, Mr. Shannon was at EDS Canada where he served as financial controller and then acting CFO. Mr. Shannon started his career at Ernst & Young as a corporate tax manager before joining SAS Institute Canada where he continued to increase his financial responsibilities in the areas of tax and financial management. Previously, Mr. Shannon was the Vice President of Finance at SOLCORP where he led the strategic financial integration of SOLCORP into EDS worldwide. Mr. Shannon is a Chartered Accountant of Ontario and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University.
Sree Menon – VP, Engineering
As the Vice President of Engineering, Sree Menon is responsible for Dyadem's software product technology direction, design and delivery. Prior to Dyadem, Mr. Menon was a director in the R&D group of MatrixOne, which was acquired by Dassault Systems. A seasoned executive in the enterprise software space, Mr. Menon came to Dyadem with 12 years of experience in leading teams to research, build and deliver cutting-edge enterprise software. During his career in software Mr. Menon has worked as an individual contributor on researching new technologies and creating new products as well as built and led teams of engineers to deliver products. Mr. Menon holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Allahabad, India.
Fred Guild – VP, Professional Services
Fred Guild, the Vice President of the Professional Services organization, is responsible for all aspects of Professional Services at Dyadem. The organization includes all training, enterprise software implementations, software customization and configuration, and all risk and quality analysis and facilitation. With over 18 years of experience in enterprise consulting and systems solutions, Mr. Guild has an extensive and varied background in the industry. Previously, Mr. Guild was the CEO and President of United Technology Solutions, a global consulting firm with offices in China, the U.S. and Canada. Prior to Dyadem, Mr. Guild was also the co-owner and on the Board of Directors of Ascent Limited, a bottling company covering Canada and the north-eastern United States, and was Director of Professional Services for MatrixOne.
Philippe Guillard, P.Eng., VP, Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Philippe Guillard is responsible for the efficient and streamlined delivery of business operations. This varied and large portfolio includes business process re-engineering, information technology, facilities management, human resources and the implementation of the Executive teams’ business vision. Mr. Guillard joined Dyadem in 2003 as Director of Engineering Services and has since progressed through a series of roles of increasing responsibility. Mr. Guillard’s career has spanned risk management, industrial automation and control, as well as process system integration. Mr. Guillard holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in chemical engineering from McGill University and is a registered member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario.
P. Stefan Janicki – General Counsel
As General Counsel, Stefan Janicki is responsible for providing advice and direction on all legal matters at Dyadem. Prior to joining Dyadem, Mr. Janicki served as General Counsel for Brightspark Ventures, a software venture capital fund group. Before that, Mr. Janicki was a corporate lawyer at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, one of Canada’s leading law firms, where he specialized in corporate finance and M&A work for major financial institutions and technology industry clients. Mr. Janicki has extensive experience in negotiating, structuring and implementing corporate transactions and providing ongoing strategic and organizational advice to technology companies, venture capital funds and corporate investors. Mr. Janicki holds a Law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Stephen Dunn – VP, Global Alliances
Stephen Dunn, the Vice President of Global Alliances, is responsible for building and managing the Global Alliance Program at Dyadem. The program consists of an ecosystem of alliances including VARs, ISVs, SIs, OEMs and other strategic alliances. Mr. Dunn’s leadership, global sales, and alliance management expertise have produced significant revenue results for software companies for more than 20 years, including driving revenue growth and securing successful IPOs with MatrixOne Corporation and Workgroup Technology Corporation in the Product Lifecycle Management market. Prior to his position at Dyadem, Mr. Dunn has held sales and alliance management positions at Autodesk and Aras Corporation, in addition to his significant work with MatrixOne and Workgroup Technology Corporation. Mr. Dunn holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts.
