Cancellation and Re-scheduling Policy
- Registrants unable to attend a course may send a substitute or enroll in the next scheduled class.
- In the event of cancellations of confirmed (booked) training by the client, occurring within less than 15 days prior to commencement, we will levy a cancellation charge of 75% of the training cost.
- If it becomes necessary to change or cancel any course, we will notify you at least 1 week before the course date. If a course is cancelled, we will promptly refund your full tuition fee. Dyadem's Engineering Services Division reserves the right to change the date or location of a course and to substitute instructors with equivalent qualifications if unforeseen circumstances arise.
