All course fees must be paid before the course commencement date. Course fees include training manual, lunches and refreshments throughout the day. Fees do not include accommodations or transportation. (Note: Please do not make any non-refundable travel arrangements until your course is confirmed to be held.)

Cancellation and Re-scheduling Policy

Early registration will help to ensure your place in our limited-enrollment courses.
Registrants unable to attend a course may send a substitute or enroll in the next scheduled class.
In the event of cancellations of confirmed (booked) training by the client, occurring within less than 15 days prior to the scheduled training, we will levy a cancellation charge of 75% of the training cost.
If it becomes necessary to change or cancel any course, Dyadem's Engineering Services Division will notify you at least 1 week before the course date. If a course is cancelled, Dyadem's Engineering Services Division will promptly refund your full tuition fee. Dyadem's Engineering Services Division reserves the right to change the date or location of a course and to substitute instructors with equivalent qualifications if unforeseen circumstances arise.
