All personnel required to implement and maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments ie: Supervisors & Managers from all departments, Production Operators, Manufacturing Engineers, Maintenance, Skilled Trades, Material Handlers.
Brief Course Description
This course provides an indepth understanding of the techniques used to implement a 5S program in your company.

Course Outline
- Each of the steps in the 5S process will be thoroughly studied ie: sort, organize, clean, standardize and sustain / maintain work environments.
- Team demonstration exercises will be conducted and applicable visual techniques will be taught to show how to minimize the amount of work-in-process and non-value added activities while improving product quality at the same time.
- 1 day seminar, 2 days workshop.
