Course Description
Unlike most FMEA tools, FMEA-Pro provides full SAE J1739 methodology, QS9000 support, MIL-STD-1629A and other necessary standards and requirements. The software contains an “industry first” open architecture and is an innovative FMEA software solution that can be customized by the user to address today’s standards and tomorrow’s requirements.

This training course examines the many user-friendly and timesaving features of the software that empower risk analysts to complete FMEAs. Participants learn how to thoroughly document all of the components of a device, record detailed failure mode data for components and then instantly calculate Risk Priority Numbers by using the software’s built-in equations. The extensive libraries of failure modes and failure effects are also covered with particular attention to how they assist FMEA teams to record data instead of having to recreate it from scratch and how libraries can help a team to brainstorm during study sessions. Other topics cover the software’s advanced security features, report generation tools including for HTML and PDF formats, and document protection.
