Course Description
An effective Incident Investigator needs to be well organized, be able to engage in in-depth post incident reviews, be able to formulate and adequately review incident hypotheses as well as provide and analyze data. This course will allow participants to develop an approach to Incident Investigation, and suggests techniques that lead to an effective incident investigation. The modules described below include interactive workshops, which allow participants to develop the essential skills to facilitate an incident investigation on a timely, efficient and cost effective basis.
