RICHMOND HILL, ON – February 1, 2005 - Dyadem International Ltd. today announced the general availability of SmartMOC™, a dedicated enterprise-level software application designed to streamline Management of Change (MOC) processes. By employing this web-based, innovative technology to take on the role of a Project Administrator, companies benefit from better resource utilization and a more efficient and responsive MOC process.
With SmartMOC, steps within the process are not allowed to be ignored or forgotten, ensuring that no change occurs without the proper scrutiny and approvals. SmartMOC notifies each person as they are requested to do a task and facilitates information exchange among team members, ensuring that MOC projects are on schedule and reports are documented on completion.
SmartMOC offers real-time information about the status of every MOC project so that Management has a complete overview of all changes and where they are in the process at any time. This establishes an enterprise-level project management capability with a dynamic executive dashboard that can orchestrate or analyze changes at different levels, ranging from a single facility to a national or global level.
