Expert Warns Canadian Chemical Facilities Need Safety and Risk Mandates

Toronto - August 12, 2008 - Nigel Hyatt, co-founder of Dyadem, and author of two books on hazards identification and incident investigation, can provide insight and analysis in light of the Sunrise Propane incident that took place on Sunday, August 10, 2008, in Toronto.

Mr. Hyatt is recognized as a leading authority on risk analysis, risk assessment and incident investigation. Over a career spanning over 40 years, Mr. Hyatt has assisted many processing facilities, while advocating more stringent regulation, better design and operating practices in order to make such facilities safer.
