Nuclear Facilites
The Current Situation
Since September 11, 2001, governments around the world have placed a greater emphasis on securing their nuclear facilities from terrorist or criminal acts. These acts can include sabotage of the nuclear facility, physical attacks against the facility, or theft of radioactive material for the creation of a nuclear device or a radiological dispersal devices (RDD). The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued a series of steps designed to make the nuclear facilities less vulnerable to attack. Despite these steps taken by the NRC, nuclear sites are still vulnerable to disaffected employees or to a determined attack by terrorists or other groups.

Dyadem can perform a Security Vulnerability Analysis (SVA) at your facility to identify these threats and hazards and provide solutions to help you remove or mitigate them.
