Course Description
Learn how to improve process capacity and reduce costs through lead time and non-value added activity reduction, workplace organization, standardized operations and implementation of visual aids.
Target Audience
All personnel involved in optimizing work environments by reducing non-value added activities ie: Supervisors & Managers from all departments, Production Operators, Manufacturing and Quality Engineers, Maintenance, Skilled Trades, Material Handlers.
Learning Objective
This course teaches participants how to systematically identify and eliminate non-value added activities in manufacturing and service environments.
